You are required to register before you can purchase any item from this web site. You can rest assured, that according to our Privacy Policy we will keep all your private information including you phone number and email address confidential, and will not send you any messages or phone calls without your consent.
Phone number verification is used to protect from possible fraud. You may be required to accept a phone call from us (at a time that is convenient to you) before we can deliver. That may or may not be required depending on status of your Paypal account as well as other factors.
You will not be required to provide a phone number, if you choose to use another method of payment.
We are currently accepting the following options:
- Instant delivery means that we have gold on this server ready to transfer at the moment, as soon as the payment is received, and our agent looks into your purchase. You should expect item being delivered within 3 hours on your first purchase via Paypal, and within 30 minutes on subsequent purchases or on purchases via other payment methods.
- 72 hour delivery means that we are either expecting restock within next few hours or our agent on the specified server is currently unavailable for delivery. We will do our best to deliver as soon as possible, with 72 hours being maximum time it might take.
- You can always track status of your purchase on the Your account page.
- If we fail to deliver the item in time for whatever reason, except game server being offline or otherwise unplayable at the time of transaction, you will be eligible for 10% discount on your current purchase, that will be sent to you as 10% refund within 7 days after item delivery.
Unlike many other game currency-selling companies, we only sell currency that we already have in posession of our ingame characters. We prefer to provide quality service to those who we can instead of spreading or efforts to cover large amount of servers.
However, this does not mean that we are not going to expand our operations. If you would like us selling gold on your server feel free to write to sales@gamecent.com. We are constantly looking for servers with high demand for gold
We are purchasing it from players and guilds that have decided that the have excessive amounts of gold and are willing to trade it for cash.
To keep our customers safe, we only purchase gold when we are certain that it was not stolen, duped or otherwise illegally obtained
Sorry, but we do not generally purchase ingame currency from players. While it seems like an obvious way to keep the supply up, our primary objective is to keep our customers safe from items that could have been stolen, duped or otherwise illegally obtained.

Unfortunately, we do not provide currency transfer services for the same reason that we are not purchasing it (see previous question).
